How do I find a resident's block and lot?
Open LoQate and search by the resident's name, block number, or lot number. Tap the result to see their map pin and step-by-step directions from the gate.
How do I log a visitor entry?
Go to SeQurity > Visitor Log and tap "Log visitor." Enter the visitor's name, who they're visiting, and their purpose. The entry is timestamped and stored automatically.
How does real-time gate approval work?
In SeQurity, tap "Request entry" for an unannounced visitor. The resident receives a push notification on their phone and can approve or deny in DoorQeep. You see the result instantly. If there's no response within 2 minutes, you can still allow entry manually.
What is the delivery QR code for?
At the gate, show the delivery QR code to the rider. They scan it and immediately see the block number, lot number, and directions to the house. No name lookup needed. Once the rider marks the delivery as left, their session is cleared automatically.
How do I pre-authorize a visitor?
Open DoorQeep > Pre-authorized visitors and add the visitor's name and the date(s) they are expected. When they arrive, the guard will see the pre-authorization and can admit them without calling you.
How do I approve or deny gate entry from my phone?
When a visitor arrives unannounced, you will receive a push notification. Tap it to open DoorQeep and approve or deny. The guard sees your response instantly. You have 2 minutes before the request times out.
How do I file a maintenance request?
Open ReQuest and tap "New request." Describe the issue, attach photos if needed, and submit. You can track the status and see updates from the HOA as the ticket progresses.
How do I pay my HOA dues?
Open TransaQ to view your statement of account. Settle your dues externally using GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or any payment channel your HOA has set up. Once paid, upload your proof of payment in TransaQ. The HOA admin will review it and approve or deny accordingly.
Where do I find village documents?
Open ArQives. All HOA documents (house rules, deed of restrictions, bylaws, and meeting minutes) are stored there and organized by category.
How do I post an announcement or urgent notice?
Open RemarQs and tap "New post." Choose between a regular announcement, an event, or an urgent notice. Residents are notified immediately.
How do I manage guard accounts?
Go to Guards in your admin panel. You can add, deactivate, or reset guard accounts. Guards only have access to LoQate and SeQurity.
How do I enable or disable modules?
Go to Settings > Manage features. You can toggle DoorQeep, ReQuest, TransaQ, AnalytiQs, and ArQives on or off. LoQate, SeQurity, and RemarQs are always on.
How do I track maintenance requests?
Open ReQuest to see all submitted tickets. You can filter by status, assign tickets to maintenance staff, post comments, and mark requests as resolved.
How do I add a new village?
Go to your developer dashboard and click "Add village." Enter the village name and upload the map image. You can start pinning residents immediately.
How do I transfer a village to the HOA?
In your village settings, click "Transfer to HOA." Enter the HOA president's name, email, and a temporary password. Confirm with your own password. The HOA president receives login credentials and billing drops to ₱999/month.
What does "Manage features" control?
Each village can have optional modules toggled on or off independently. This lets you tailor the experience per village. The three core modules (LoQate, SeQurity, RemarQs) cannot be toggled off.
